Last Day Of Zero

Today was Nui Nui's last day of being zero year old. #sobigsofast

We celebrated her final day of 'month-old-hood' along with Yerba Buena Family Day and took her to the Children's Creativity Museum, Yerba Buena Gardens, and the SFMOMA. It was a perfect day. The weather was in the low 70s— warm for this neck of the woods. We headed out early and managed to beat the crowds by 15-20 minutes.

Nui Nui rode her first real carousel at the Creativity Museum. She was scared at first but got the hang of it near the end. Momma got her arm workout for the day on that thing.

Most of the activities in these two venues were geared toward older kids but, still, we had a good time.

We also went to La Boulange between Creative and Modern and the food and latte were delish. I wonder, why aren't more places serving food like this? I thought this was California..

In any case, we ended year zero with a bang and will start one with the same :>
