Homemade Tacos, Shredded Cheese Cheeks!

Tacos are kinda a big deal around here... we never eat tacos but I've been wanting them. For Memorial Day, I took Nui Nui to the park in the morning, we went out for lunch and a walk, went to Trader Joes (where I slipped on wet floor :<), went swimming, and cut my hair. It was a busy day. I was supposed to make the tacos but just procured the ingredients and took Nui Nui swimming instead. Mom did an amazing job. I asked her to cook the ground beef in grill seasoning because I like grill seasoning (on lamb especially :>). We got the guacamole from Whole Foods. And the rest from Trader Joes (inc. shells).

Tacos were on my bucket list for the weekend. Mission accomplished. :>

Advice: Set goals. Make sure they're tasty.

Starbucks' Strawberry Cheeks! :>

This post may be temporary. I continue to realize I need a better photo storage system and one that supports slideshows. I couldn't decide which pick to post so I did nearly all. This post demonstrates what it means to be Mom— every which moment, their beautiful and you're so in love! :> #sappyperhapsbutsotrue

Nui Nui officially now can identify and say Starbucks. I mean, she could some in the past but now it's official, with confidence :> She spots the icon on the cup and store signage and let's me know what she sees :> She said it all over the place when we enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch together. Another development is she can now officially sit across from me and be ok. The things you take for granted... :> She also now has this thing where she takes her index fingers and taps her cheeks and says 'yummy yummy'. I'm on the lookout for YouTube vids to see if she picked it up there... The blueberry patch has gone awry and now she's deliciously enjoying strawberries...
