My edits to 'Formal' include:
- Swap out the cake fork for a pie fork. Thanksgiving is not about cake.
- Imagine a stack of pie-a-la-mode plates on top of the other plates with editor's sidenote: 'Generally aren't placed on the table until the dessert course' (hence the need for #1), though even that timing is questionable.
