Pork Chop + Bok Choy + Creamed Corn + Tofu + White Rice
I thought the tofu-creamed-corn concoction was a little odd at first but it worked! The silken
tofu has a similar texture that blends in well with the creamed corn that you don't even notice it yet it adds a punch of protein to an otherwise all-carb side dish.
I cut up the pork chop into bite-sized pieces and mixed everything together. Nui Nui ate very well when served this meal.

(Nui Nui wanted me to take a picture of hers too :>)

'Wet' Stir-Fried Beef Wide Rice Noodles + Bok Choy + Roast Pork (Char Siu)
Was this title lost in translation? 'Wet' refers to the sauce vs. straight-up 'dry' stir-fry.
Health-factor-wise, it's less oily/greasy. Timing-wise, it holds up a little better/longer after it's cooked than the regular ('dry') version, which is best eaten hot off the wok.
Does that make sense or did I just butcher that explanation too?

Chicken Stew With Tomatoes, Carrots, And Potatoes! ft. Peppa Pig!
We have a new addition to our family: Peppa Pig! Nui Nui wanted me to take this picture of Peppa, who sat on the window sill and watched Nui Nui as she ate dinner :>
Do you know who Peppa is? I didn't until just recently and I love her accent and the show's intro :> Nui Nui and I recite it all the time. It's become one of our things. And occasionally, out of no where, I'll start singing the theme song. lmfao.
