Trader Joes' Beef Short Ribs + Bacon Mushroom Sausage + Broccoli! [FOOD]

Honestly, I will never understand the love of short ribs. Love beef, not chewy.

Friday Night Italian Dinner Date!

Some parents are always equipped with toys. I always carry around paper and a pen for entertainment. It's light, it's easy, it's always (well, usually) entertaining— and educational :>.

We went to one of our neighborhood go-to's on Friday night and ordered two of our favorite dishes (probably our top two favorites, actually :>). Grilled lamb chops (or rack of lamb) with sauteed kale and potato wedges; fettuccine carbonara with tomatoes, peas, mushrooms, and bacon in a light garlic cream sauce. It's a no-brainer and, after a short long week, not having to think about what to eat helps :>

Mushroom And Bacon Cheese Burgers, Kid's Fried Chicken Strips At The Cheesecake Factory! :>

We ate at the Cheesecake Factory on Saturday night. One of our favorite things to order there are their burgers. Mom ordered her favorite— the mushroom burger— and I went all out and ordered a bacon cheeseburger (it came it onion rings). We skipped the usual mac-n-cheese order for Nui Nui, especially since she doesn't like their version (neither do we) and tried the chicken strips instead— pretty good actually— something I'd actually order myself if I could!
