Rack Of Lamb + Fettuccini Carbonara!

We had this unexpectedly amazing dinner on Father's Day for us mothers and daughters. The 'lamb chop' ended up being rack of lamb— my favorite dish— and the pasta was perfection— cooked perfectly al dente and with a good balance of pasta and ingredients.
