Gourmet Hot Pastrami Open-Faced Sandwich! [RECIPE]

At first, I just plunkered down some pastrami on some bread but, then, no. I wanted the works. So I made this:

Here's the recipe! (of sorts :>) - in order of layers from bottom to top
  • Lightly toasted bread
  • Butter (because I didn't have mayo)
  • Dijon mustard
  • Fontina (or havarti would be perfect)
  • Pastrami (warm or hot)
  • Lettuce
  • More pastrami
