Sushi Special: Soft-Shell Crab + Cucumber + Avocado + BBQ Fresh Water Eel + Flying Fish Roe + Special Sauce! [FOOD]
I think I'm growing up because I'm falling in love with sushi. Admittedly, american sushi, though. Does that count? I love the kind of rolls that are really complicated and are topped with 'special sauces'— flavorful enough so I don't have to dip them in soy sauce myself. I feel like I should be a more informed consumer and know what they mean by 'special sauce' (like what it is) but honestly, I just don't care, it tastes so good.
