Now, I'm not against processed food or even packaged foods with long ingredients, but when it comes to raw food, like fish, I kind of am. Food poisoning is not something I'm really interested in experiencing. So, I sucked it up and went to Whole Foods. I chose something pretty simple so it didn't break my wallet and was still cheaper than a restaurant. It was even made with brown rice, which I rarely ever eat at all. It was ok. It could have used slightly more toasted sesame seeds and some type of cream(?) drizzle on top. Yes, I'm not a 'true' sushi consumer and actually like those american-bastardized sushi-cream drizzles on top, allowing me to avoid dipping it in soy sauce.
Anywho, this was more than I intended to write about this but there you go.
